Welcome to the underground dance studio for adults.

Classes begin September 21st, 2026.

Limited spots. Please reserve your spot. 

Price: All classes are $25.00.

Booking: In order to hold your spot, you must Venmo the teacher of the class you wish to take. Please see the class list below with Venmo links.

Venmo: In the Venmo subject, please put the following:

  1. The date of the class you are paying for.
  2. A way to contact you — either email or phone number.


Cancellation Policy: 3 hours before the class begins to get a full refund. After that, reservations are non-refundable.

Address: The theatre is located at 628 Olive Street, SB, CA 93101.

Parking: We have 4 spots in our lot on the left labeled. If those are taken, please street park.

Entering: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class & enter through the front door.

Waiver: Everyone entering must sign a waiver. You will only need to sign a waiver once. This will be valid for all classes during the 7 weeks.

Late Arrivals: Please enter through the back door.

If the class you chose is already full, you will receive an email and the teacher will refund you.

The Black Box Specs

Boutique space that can be utilized for classes, show cases, and small theatrical Productions. 

Space is equipped with lighting, Seating, and A dark moody atmosphere that can be translated into anything.  A Blank space for you to create your magic in.

Seating includes vintage settees, banquet chairs, counter height stools, bar stools, and floor cushions. 

The Floor

The top is a combination of two levels of offset ½” OSB and Weyerhaeuser Edge Gold ¾” OSB.  Height of the floor is approximately 4 1/8”.   The dance floor is multipurpose Marley mezza floor in black.

The floor combines incredible surface strength along with a very generous spring.  It is a quadruple sprung basket weave style floor comprising 6 levels of construction.  

The entire floor rests on the pure rubber high engineered line Airtech III pads which is level one.  The sub floor is comprised of three levels of basket weave made from 1″x4″ No. 2 Elite pine.
